HOT COCOA MIX:
Ingredients
10 1/2 C. Non-Fat Dry Milk
4 C. Confectioner's Sugar
4 1/4 C. Chocolate Mix for Milk (Nestle's Quick)
2 3/4 C. Non-Dairy Powedered Creamer
1/2 tsp Salt
Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container. This recipe will yield approximately
8 pint size gift jars. Attach the following directions in a card:
Combine 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix into hot water or milk
*AMARETTO COCOA MIX:
Ingredients

2 8 oz. Jars of Amaretto Flavored Non-Dairy Powdered Creamer
3 1/2 C. Chocolate Mix for Milk (Nestle's Quick)
2 3/4 C. Non-Dairy Powedered Creamer
